What I love about teaching： My most impressive lesson was a Christmas classI taught whilst in Barcelona. We made Christmas cards, sung carols and actedout eating a Christmas dinner.  The kidsloved it.

What I love most about Beijing：My favourite thing about Beijing is the food.I love trying new dishes and gather inginspiration to try in my own cooking.

Favourite teaching story：My favourite teaching experience was taking thestudents on a class trip to Girona in Spain. We went with the whole school andit was an amazing opportunity for me to learn about the students Spanishtraditions.
